1) CANCELLATION

Custmers may cancel their booking free of charge 14 days before arrival.No refunds will be given after this period and no-shows will notbe accepted

2) DURATION OF RENTAL

The occupation of the premises will be done according to the period defined in your reservation, after this period travelers will have to leave the accommodation. Guests are not allowed to have visitors sleep in the accommodation.
Accommodation is exclusively reserved for travelers registered for the reservation.

3) CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The arrival time is generally between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. but can be extended by notifying it in advance (see with the owner) the departure time will be at 12 p.m., it is essential that travelers leave the premises within the time allocated to prepare the rental for future travelers. An inventory will be made upon arrival and departure of travelers.

4) MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

The use of housing materials and equipment must be used with care and returned in good working order. The furniture in the accommodation must not be moved or used other than for its initial function. To save energy, the air conditioning should be turned off when guests are not in the accommodation, and the windows closed when the heating is on. It is important to notify the owner of any equipment breakdown, damage, breakage, etc.

5) CLEANING FEE

Although the cleaning fee is included in the rental, the accommodation must be returned in good condition.

6) SAFETY RULES

For your safety, smoke detectors are installed in the accommodation (at the entrance as well as in bedroom 1). The fire extinguisher is in the entrance dressing room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation as well as in the corridor, however it is possible to smoke in the covered car park provided you do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

Do not leave children unsupervised near open windows. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of an accident.

7) CIVILITY

In order to respect everyone’s peace and quiet, nocturnal noise is not tolerated, as is violent and antisocial behavior.
